I've been working a lot and haven't had time to take a pic, but I am spinning the fingering weight I was aiming for. I have almost a bobbin full and it seems like the 8 ounces of BFL have barefly been touched!

My first progress report is up:

I'm off to check everyone else's...

I'm about 1/3 done (about .6oz) spinning the Wensleydale into laceweight. The single is a little more than 40wpi.

I have been spinning, organizing my spinning/weaving room, and waxed my wheels with a nice lavender scented beeswax. It feels good to be productive, thanks for the push! :-)

My progress is here: http://toknitperchancetodream.net/?p=298 along with the additional challenge...and I may have to add a few other things as well. It seems I severely undersetimated my spinning ability. I added some llama...finished it. Added another 4 ounces of llama to ply with the first...almost finished. I have 2 ounces left of my original fiber to spin, then plying and a bath and we're done.

I'm waiting on two different orders of acid dyes. I just received 3# of superwash merino fleece. When the two intersect I will prepare a donation for the prize list.

Hmmm...I wonder what else I can get done before the 23rd? This is fantastic incentive. Thanks for hosting it!
